Whoops! – We’ve been so busy lately that we forgot to wish ourselves a Happy Birthday! Hard to believe, but it’s now three years since Exclusively Warwickshire (or Exclusivity Group Limited to give it its proper title) came to be.
This photo was taken back in July 2015 during a recce to Cornwall to visit our friends at ‘Cornish Cottages’ and find out a little bit more about what goes in to running a successful regional cottage letting agency. In October 2015 we signed up our very first property and in January 2016 our website went live. Fast forward two and a half years and we’ve now got nearly 30 properties on our books, ranging from stunning barn conversions, to characterful stone cottages in both rural and town centre locations.
We set up Exclusively Warwickshire in the belief that such a vibrant tourist destination deserved its own dedicated independent holiday letting agency, maned by an enthusiastic team with in depth knowledge of our county. As well as hundreds of tourists, we’ve also helped find accommodation for business people, film directors, honeymooners, family reunions, anniversary gatherings, relocators, people between house purchases, Crufts judges and those who need to move out of their home short term for building or insurance work to be carried out.
The current spell of hot weather has prompted a last minute rush from people keen to lap up the sunshine in Shakespeare’s county – and who could blame them? Our wonderful county is simply full to the brim with beautiful countryside and amazing places to visit – in fact, outside of London it’s the UK’s most visited region.
