    Our Quill Rating Guaranteed

Many lettings agencies and tourism organisations grade their properties, but these gradings are often fairly rigid in nature and fail to take account of the quirks and foibles that are often features of historic or character properties.

This has prompted Exclusively Warwickshire to develop its own Quill Rating system which aims to give customers a guide to the standard of the property they are letting. All of our lovely properties have been given a three, four or five quill rating based on the following general criteria and used in conjunction with individual property descriptions.

We endeavour to make our property descriptions as informative as possible, but if you do have any queries related to the facilities at your chosen accommodation, please feel free to contact us for further details.

Wonderful Warwickshire offers miles and miles of great walking. Whether you fancy a leisurely stroll or something more arduous, there’s a Warwickshire walk for you! During the Middle Ages the county was dominated by Coventry (now part of the West Midlands) which, at the time was one of England’s most important cities.

Warwickshire is jam-packed with family-friendly attractions. Many of the county’s historic attractions have child-friendly exhibits to help bring history alive for the younger generation.
