The county of Warwickshire lies in the heart of England and covers almost 2000km², much of which is covered by lush green countryside.
Warwickshire is easily reached via the M1, M6, or M40 motorways, whilst Birmingham Airport to the west of the county, and East Midlands Airport to the north, make it an equally accessible destination for international visitors.

Exhibition, sport and concert venues including the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Barclaycard Arena, Ricoh Arena and International Convention Centre (ICC) are just a short drive or train journey away, with the shopping meccas of Birmingham, Coventry and Bicester Village also lying tantalizingly close.

Our Quill Rating Guaranteed
Many lettings agencies and tourism organisations grade their properties, but these gradings are often fairly rigid in nature and fail to take account of the quirks and foibles that are often features of historic or character properties.
This has prompted Exclusively Warwickshire to develop its own Quill Rating system which aims to give customers a guide to the standard of the property they are letting. All of our lovely properties have been given a three, four or five quill rating based on the following general criteria and used in conjunction with individual property descriptions.
We endeavour to make our property descriptions as informative as possible, but if you do have any queries related to the facilities at your chosen accommodation, please feel free to contact us for further details.

Originally a division of the kingdom of Mercia, the first recorded reference to Warwickshire was in 1001 as Wæringscīr (later Warwick and meaning dwellings by the weir). During the Middle Ages the county was dominated by Coventry (now part of the West Midlands) which, at the time was one of England’s most important cities.
Warwickshire is jam-packed with family-friendly attractions. Many of the county’s historic attractions have child-friendly exhibits to help bring history alive for the younger generation. There are also a large number of outdoor play facilities, nature trails and farm parks to explore. Theme parks including Drayton Manor Park, West Midland Safari Park, Thomas Land, Twycross Zoo and Hatton Adventure World provide great fun for the whole family.
