July 2, 2017Stunning ‘Oak Lodge’ Joins the Exclusively Warwickshire Portfolio!!
Okay, so the word ‘stunning’ is a bit overused in holiday cottage circles, but there’s no getting away from the fact that ‘Oak Lodge’; the latest addition to the Exclusively Warwickshire portfolio, is quite simply…..Stunning!
Set in the midst of lovely Warwickshire countryside, Oak Lodge is a beautifully appointed detached property in a wonderfully peaceful location. Furnished to a very high standard throughout, this amazing, spacious and stylish one bedroom holiday property offers the perfect place to relax and unwind during a leisure or business stay.
A light and airy lounge/diner enjoys a lovely open aspect with French doors to both elevations, quality sofas (one of which doubles as a sofa bed for occasional use, allowing the property to accommodate 2 + 2) and a large flat screen TV. The well equipped kitchen area with stone worktop, features a combined microwave/oven, tall fridge freezer and dining table with seating for four.
The lodge’s lovely bedroom has French doors, a comfortable super king sized bed and wall mounted flat screen TV. The adjacent bathroom features quality sanitary ware and a power shower.
Attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the property’s finish, with oak flooring and character beams throughout. Elegant fittings and quality drapes and furnishings, add to its sumptuous feel.
Oak Lodge enjoys a wonderfully tranquil location in the grounds of its owner’s country home and visitors are invited to explore the surrounding 15 acres grounds – includes a spinney – during their stay. Access to the owner’s well equipped gym and swimming pool are also available by separate negotiation if required.
Situated on the outskirts of the pretty village of Ullenhall, Oak Lodge is a short drive away from a good selection of country pubs. The nearby town of Henley in Arden (4 miles) has a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants (including Italian, Indian, Chinese and the Michelin starred ‘Cheals’) and a number of interesting independent shops. Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Birmingham and The Cotswolds are also easily accessible. What’s not to like?!……..
