We stayed here unexpectedly when our house purchase chain was delayed, but our buyer was still desperate to complete. so we put our furniture into storage and moved in for the month. The house is large, modern and so well equipped - a good base for working from home during lockdown and a bit like being on an unexpected holiday! It worked out so well for us to have a stopgap for a few weeks whilst everything was sorted out and gave us real peace of mind.

We moved into Woodperry for several weeks whilst having building insurance repair work done on our property following a flood and it was fantastic. So comfortable, well laid out, and equipped. It was great to be able to move straight in knowing that everything we needed would be there and made the stressful experience of having to unexpectedly leave our water damaged home a lot easier.

Great for getting a feel for the area We were relocating from Northants and thought that staying here for a few weeks would give us an idea of whether this was the area of Solihull we wanted to be based in, before committing to a long term rental. The house is quiet yet very conveniently located and made us decide to look for something nearby in a similar cul-de-sac location.
