Set in a gated courtyard with private parking for 2 vehicles, this lovely  apartment offers spacious accommodation and luxurious touches throughout. With window seats overlooking Henley-in-Arden's much photographed and famous Market Cross monument, the apartment’s high spec Siematic kitchen has Siemens integrated appliances (including Fridge/Freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and oven with integrated microwave) and composite stone work surfaces. There is also a washer/dryer for guests' convenience.

The apartment's beautiful lounge has an original brick fireplace as its centre piece, with a large flat screen TV and sumptuous sofa which doubles as a high quality, fully-sprung sofa bed providing extra capacity for junior visitors or an additional adult guest. The apartment’s lovely Porcelanosa shower room incorporates both a rain shower head and handheld power spray.

Situated to the quiet rear of the building, The George & Dragon's double bedroom could have stepped right from the pages of an interior design magazine, featuring full height bespoke built-in wardrobes, stylish furniture, drapes and feature wooden blinds.

Location, Location, Location! - Lively Henley-in-Arden provides the perfect base from which to explore Shakespeare’s England, with Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick just a 15 minute drive away. This popular tourist town with its mile long high street is considered by many historians to be one of the most architecturally significant roads in England, thanks to its wonderful array of well-preserved houses, most of which date back hundreds of years.

The town boasts a superb selection of places to eat and drink, along with a fascinating array of independent shops and boutiques. There are six pubs (five of which serve food), three Indian restaurants, two Chinese restaurants, a pizza restaurant, steak restaurant, fish & chip shop, bistro, ice cream parlour and the pièce de résistance - the amazing Michelin starred Cheal’s and Glynn Purnell's new eaterie 'The Mount', all within a few minute’s walk of the apartment, making this the ideal location for an epicurean break!

Nearby Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Birmingham, The Cotswolds and Warwickshire’s plentiful visitor attractions are easily accessible from Henley-in-Arden.

The town is surrounded by beautiful countryside with lots of scenic walks along footpaths, bridleways and canal towpaths. The many quaint villages surrounding Henley offer a further fantastic selection of gastro pubs, country inns and restaurants – if you appreciate fine food, real ale and fine wine in a lovely setting then you really will be spoilt for choice!

Public Transport Hang up your car keys and take an easy 15 minute bus ride to nearby Stratford-upon-Avon, or take a five minute walk to Henley railway station for a train ride to Stratford-upon-Avon (15 minutes) or Birmingham (30 minutes) or travel via Wilmcote (home of Mary Arden's Farm) to Warwick .

Visitor Attractions Whether you’re visiting for a weekend, week or even longer, this area of Warwickshire has so many places to visit that there will always be something left to see. Once you’ve exhausted Henley-in-Arden’s many attractions, then Shakespeare’s Stratford upon Avon, Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle and nearby Lapworth’s two fascination National Trust properties; Baddesley Clinton and Packwood House are all well worth a visit.
