An amazing apartment in a fantastic location!! – Set right in the heart of the beautiful, historic and lively tourist town of Henley in Arden, private and quiet, yet just 15 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon, ‘Little George’ is a luxurious duplex apartment, in a stunning 17th Century Grade II listed building.

Situated in a private gated courtyard just off Henley in Arden’s picturesque and historic High Street, ‘Little George’ enjoys a quiet location, yet is just seconds away from wonderful Henley in Arden’s amazing selection of high class shops, cafes, gastro pubs, bars and restaurants.

This beautifully styled, one bedroom (sleeping 2 + 1) character duplex apartment is furnished to a very high standard with quality linen and Egyptian cotton towels, oak furniture and a modern, contemporary finish that perfectly complements its fine architectural features.

Set over two floors, the duplex apartment has a combined living/dining space with twin sofas (one of which becomes a sofa bed for occasional use). A fully position-able wall mounted Smart TVwith Netflix and a DAB Bluetooth CD/Radio are complemented by a selection of CDs, whilst a neat circular oak table and chairs complete this compact, but highly stylish living space.

Little George’s high specification Siematic kitchen lies off the living area and overlooks the courtyard with views to the tower of nearby St Nicolas’ Church. This lovely kitchen has integrated appliances (including full size Fridge/Freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and oven with integrated microwave) and composite stone work surfaces.

Hand made birch spiral stairs lead up to the second floor revealing a stunning original vertical timbered stair well. On the upper floor a luxuriously appointed Porcelanosa shower room retains an exquisite original diamond-shaped leaded window and vaulted ceiling. with luxurious shower incorporating both a rain shower head and handheld power spray.

The apartment’s lovely and spacious dual-aspect double bedroom features a vaulted ceiling with original beams and enjoys views over the trees to the church tower. This light and airy room has a lovely oak bedroom suite .

Little George offers secure allocated parking accessed straight off the High Street through an archway with electric gates (max head room 2 metres) and has its own designated space (a godsend in popular Henley, where parking is always at a premium!)

This wonderful apartment offers a fantastic base for discovering ‘Shakespeare’s England’ with regular buses and trains to Stratford upon Avon, Birmingham and many pretty surrounding villages, with all the area’s main tourist attractions within very easy reach.

” This was a fantastic find for our 4 week business trip in Henley in Arden. Located slap bang in the middle of the picturesque High Street, with an amazing array of pubs and restaurants on the doorstep, as well as lovely country walks to take. Only 4 stops on the train to Stratford upon Avon, and 36 minutes by train to Birmingham this location offers everything you could wish for. We didn’t have a car but there is a car space.
