The 2016 festival is September Friday 23rd, Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th.
It will be once again in Stratford town centre.
The festival will see Stratford town centre packed with over 100 stalls showcasing the best of local food and produce. Highlights will include chef demonstrations, workshops and the ever popular Food and Ale Trails, which allow 200 daily ticketholders to pop into selected businesses across the town for tasty free samples.
The Local Producers Area on Waterside is a new feature on the Friday and Saturday. Local chefs will showcase the town’s own culinary talent at The Waterside Cookery Theatre, and there will be some hands-on workshops for both children and adults.
Come and enjoy the chef demonstrations in the Waterside Cookery Theatre.
On Saturday 24th meet some of the very talented local chefs and learn how to make some of their most popular dishes. These are free to attend.
On Sunday 25th book in to watch acclaimed celebrity chef Jean-Christophe Novelli. Tickets are on sale now for £10 per person.
