The house offers the perfect visitor base from which to explore Warwickshire's many and varied attractions and is the ideal location for a business stay, being very accessible to the NEC, NAEC, Warwick University & the RIcoh Arena.

Whilst well behaved dogs are very welcome at Broomhill Farm, we would ask that they are restricted to the ground floor area of the property.
The property is located adjacent to a working farm and there are often sheep and other livestock in the surrounding fields. It is the duty of dog owners visiting Broomhill Farm to excercise control over their pets and we therefore cannot be held responsible for any events that might result from your pet being allowed to stray!
